Just starting with chess and I don't understand a "good" move at all.

To learn openings, go the the "Video Library" and look up "Top (insert number) Openings" and so forth. They give you a good idea of openings and what they do. Find a couple and then study them. That's what I did.
It is good to learn about patterns in chess, but be careful, chess is much more about the ideas behind moves than the moves themselves.

Like you say, Nc5 is another good move. White might (at the right moment) attack the knight when it's on c5 or try to prevent it from ever going there by playing b4. By playing a5 it is more difficult for white to play b4.
In the given position the knight on d7 want's to go to c5. It's a typical maneuver in this kind of position. But white can play b4 and the knight would have to leave that nice square. That's why black usually plays a5 first.
Questions about strategy send me a pm or manoeuvring pieces is my speciality. Dont PM me about tactics. Cant help there. :)
What's the difference between strategy and tactics. I mean they go more or less together, don't they?
Strategy is more about planning. It's about preparing things before the real action takes place. Tactics are forced moves in a sequence. One helps the other. You must learn both, but learning tactics is essential for beginners.
I agree. :) Tactics and strategy are different but you must understand both to have a good game.
If you wanna learn tactics the correct way, don't use lichess. Go to Chesstempo. Learning tactics on lichess has some bad side effects.
