engines not allowed?

Hey i played a few bullet tournaments today and when i came back after a few hours i'm seeing the message 'Sorry, engines are not allowed in this area.'

i'm not sure why this is happening, i don't have any chess engines installed even and i've never even considered using one. I'm not even sure how it's possible for 1min bullet.

How do i contact an admin to check on this for me. I'm happy to provide whatever you guys need to prove i'm not using an engine

It's possible, and to be fair, if you were using one you'd say the same thing. lol

But there was recently maybe a few months ago a lot of additional criteria added to the cheat detection by the developers, so there have been a lot of false-positives get flagged and maybe one mod applies the flag but then other mods review it and it is removed. So posting this here I imagine will get the mods attention and they'll review your game history and let you know what happened.

@fenris1066 haha yeah i thought that too as i was writing it lol but unlike cheaters i'm happy to cooperate with admins in analyzing why i might have gotten flagged. I thought maybe because i beat ferrari and adaman in the same tourney - they're both rated way higher but still, it's tournament bullet anyone can lose or win :P
