KOTH opening lines

Today I found out a KOTH line that wins very fast, when the opponents focus on material things and like to grab pawns.

The rules of KotH:

1.Control the center

2.Control the center

3.Control the center.

4....?Profit.

It's a shame that it doesn't work for three check!

It's the least materialistic chess variant.

The only one concerned with empty spaces rather than spaces with pieces on them. While three-check is a close second, three check still is concerned primarily with the space the enemy king is on.

I'm not sure about Black's position after 5. d4 (or maybe 5. Nf3 like the computer suggests). I think Black might be losing.

^Good point. The black king has prematurely advanced and is down 2 pawns. To a layman, the game at that point does appear to favor white.

Aha ... I didn't know that Stockfish could also analyse for KOTH games !
