correspondence games keep timing out.

I thought it was just me, perhaps time had evaded me and I got caught up in life and living. So I decided to play a game with a 14 day timeout against stockfish level 5. I return to my game eager to resume after a few days and once AGAIN I find that I have been automatically timed out and served with another automatic forfeit while still having 11 days and 2 hrs timebank left. This is also the second time I have raised the issue to no avail.

Although that's not really helping at the issue: Did you think about playing unlimited games?

yes but the same thing happens in unlimited games too, after some time you get automatically timed out. That was actually my original query. Why are we getting timed out on unlimited time bank?
