The new pawn promotion selection is bad

I inadvertently promoted a pawn to a bishop twice. Why the options get folded? ( )

The former UI was much better, please return it.

Yes, it folds together when the cursor leaves the board. Probably a bug.

Intended as a feature to show the board in case it hid pieces. The folding has now been removed.
