I entered the same position three times, with the same player to move. However, I was unable to claim a draw.
The position after white's 29th, 31st, and 33rd moves are identical, so a draw should be claimable. Here's the game: http://en.lichess.org/UXgpUTTl
Here's a video stream of the game, and you can see that I was never able to claim the draw, even on the opponent's turn. You can skip to the 5 minute mark, where this occurs. http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/46503608
I should be able to click "claim a draw" after 32. ...Kf7, accord to the FIDE Rules of Chess, because of my ability to play 33. Qd5+ and repeat the position. I should not have to actually play Qd5+, which is important, because then I would not have time to click "claim a draw" before the opponent responded with Ke8.
Here is the rule from the FIDE laws of chess, section 9.2. I should be able to claim a draw under scenario A. http://www.fide.com/fide/handbook.html?id=124&view=article
The game is drawn, upon a correct claim by the player having the move, when the same position, for at least the third time (not necessarily by sequential repetition of moves)
a. is about to appear, if he first writes his move on his scoresheet and declares to the arbiter his intention to make this move, or
b. has just appeared, and the player claiming the draw has the move.
