Correspondence time bank is a FAIL

This is the third time I have raised the issue. If you begin a correspondence game with 14 days timeout the system is automatically forfeiting the game way before the timeout bank has been used up. Why offer correspondence chess with such a large time bank if no one can use it? Perhaps there is a setting that I am unaware of but it does not matter how much time bank i set, i get timeout well within it. It makes little sense to offer a 14 day time bank if no one can use it.
Sure, I started a correspondence game against Stockfish level 4, Timebank 14 days and which got forfitied after six moves and well within the 14 day timebank (possibly within the same day). The system simply resigns your game and you are declared lost . This happens all the time.

I mean its fine, you can simply resume the game against the computer from the same position but clearly there is a flaw when we are being declared lost after only six moves and well within the 14 day Timebank.
I am assuming this only applies for correspondence games against the engine.
