How to add a chess event to the broadcast?

Hello, I was trying to add Czech chess championship (feat. GM David Navara) to the broadcasts, filled all the fields (including the URL of the PGN file), but when I clicked "Submit" button, nothing happened.

What is wrong? Could anybody help me, please?

I wonder about this myself. I run tournaments in Sweden and would like to broadcast here at Lichess. But it´s the same as for claymes. Nothing happens when I click "Submit"
