What do you mean? Just make the game rated!

all you have to do is press "rated"

@EleftheriosGrg All tournaments created by Lichess and found at lichess.org/tournament or in the Lichess swiss team are rated. All quick pairing games are rated, and any challenges in the Lobby will be indicated as rated to the right of the player name and variant. If you want to create a rated challenge in the lobby, set the game mode to "rated" after clicking "create a game." That should do it!
