The moves of your opponent dont seem to be of a 2000+ rating.
4.exd5 I can forgive, but 7.Bd2?? (missing the saving Nfd2 in a 11+0 with over 10 min on the clock) and 8.Qe2`? are just bad. Not only missing a tactic or hanging a piece bad, but missing some chess insight bad.
9.Ne5 is an absolute howler.
Your opponent must have had an off moment or his rating should adjust downward.
