White can win play playing 1.e3. The complete winning tree has been determined using the so-called pn2 search algorithm in combination with endgame tablebases.

To be honest, I hadn't expected this. I always thought that 1...c5 and 1...b6 offered good chances for black. According to the solution page these are indeed the most difficult moves to crack, but still.
