You can upload them to Imgur and post a link here, which will automatically be embedded.
However, if by "lagging" you mean it's taking a while to find a game, that could be because despite what others would have you believe (*cough*Kramnik*cough*), there are more honest players than cheaters on Lichess. If it really is lagging, then that's probably an issue on your side that Lichess can't solve.
There is also the option of playing OTB, but you have to be comfortable with beads.
