That means you just found the account this means you interacted with the account some how
Accounts usually are *closed* by their owners of their own free will. They need not tell their reasons, but it can be "bored by chess", "felt too much cheating here", "annoyed by forum posts", ...
The ToS-violation-tag is added by lichess against the will of the account owner. The owner of a tagged account can close this, but it would be only one more reason for closing an account.
I know that you did not mean it like that, but it could be considered as a public shaming.
