Banned for 11 hours and more every time white pawn app mis fires with my chessnut air and lichess

Really WTF

I am new to phones and my chessnut air i bought to be here. The whitepawn app glitches and then lichess times out and penilizes me. I am over 60 trying to learn my first smart phone and new board and these apps and I get kicked out of lichess for more and more each day. Who do I CALL?REDDIT? hELP ME

In theory either lichess.org/contact or whoever sold that app might be able to offer support. I personally am not familiar with that application, but perhaps someone else may be.
