Help!
To whom it may concern,
I was playing a game and made my move but Lichess didn't record it and kept my clock ticking even though I had already moved.
It wasn't en passant or any error on my end. It was most definitely a site problem.
Instead of my opponent's clock ticking it was mine and I had already moved.
Eventually all my time was taken and I was penalized for a game I did not lose.
How do we make sure my rating points are restored?
My connection was perfect and everything on my end was fine.
The site unfairly refused to mark my move after it was made.
Please help.
It's frustrating to be winning a game and have several more minutes in time left than your opponent only to have it all stolen unfairly.
Now when I'm trying to even post this, the site redirects to a page that says, site maintenance.
Something is buggy at the site and needs to be corrected.

Chill. There is a site problem right now. You'll get your points back easily with a few wins. You're not alone...
Calm down. Your rating isn't cash on your bank account. It's just an indicator of your chess strenght. So I'm sure that after a couple of games your rating will be where it means to be. I know it sucks, but it isn't life-death situation. Hours ago this happened to my opponent. He wasn't winning, but he was better on time, so he had his chances. And after all, we play because we enjoy the game and we hope to become better, don't we? On the other hand, I know that rating might be some sort of checkpoint for us.
#12 Glicko-2 ratings rapidly converge upon players' actual strength, so don't panic and know that we're doing everything we can to address future problems.
Site just went down on me again (ooer missus!) for 5 mins and keeps popping off to the pub. The site, not me...

Amidst all this frenzy and outright madness!, --- I want to raise awareness that the 'Sound' button of the lichess world map still ceases to function!
many bugs and timeout today . And many games finished by website bugs
Same for me, althoug I won two games thanks to it! :p
